Kevin Singer is the president and founder of Receivership Specialists and has served as court appointed court receiver, court appointed court referee, and partition referee for over 661 cases since 2001. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, business, conflict resolution, and construction, Mr. Singer has worked with large and small banks, private lenders, private investors, municipalities, and Health & Safety Receiverships.
Mr. Singer frequently lectures on receiverships and receivership related topics, and is President and a member of the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles and Orange County chapter of the California Receivers Forum.
In addition to working as a court-appointed court receiver and court partition referee, Mr. Singer is a licensed real estate broker, a licensed general contractor, a United States bankruptcy court custodian and a chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee. He is also a four time participant and three time presenter at the California Receivers Forums Receivership Training Program. This program is held in conjunction with Loyola Law School.
Mr. Singer holds a bachelor of science degree in business from the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona. Mr Singer has worked in various areas of real estate and property management for the majority of his professional career.
