John Rachlin is a principal at Receivership Specialists and has extensive business, real estate, and property management experience. Mr. Rachlin is an integral component of the Receivership Specialists solution. Although Mr. Rachlin currently acts as a full time receiver and court referee, prior to joining Receivership Specialists, Mr. Rachlin served as in-house counsel for a large real estate company and as outside counsel for a number of law firms in the Los Angeles Area.
Mr. Rachlin holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Rachlin is a member of the California Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association.
