With over 27 years of experience in project management, asset management, residential and commercial real estate management, and leasing, David Kamm joins Receivership Specialists as a newest project manager.
Prior to joining Receivership Specialists, Mr. Kamm led the Residential Management Division of Birtcher American Properties, in conjunction with the REO department of the former American Savings & Loan.
During his tenure at Held Properties, Mr. Kamm was the development coordinator of the 100, 200, and 300 UCLA Medical Plaza public-private venture, working extensively with architects, contractors, project managers, lenders, and university representatives, both at the campus and state level. Mr. Kamm, in addition to the $175 million, 600,000 square foot UCLA project, served as asset manager for Held Properties’ one million square feet of office and medical office buildings, and was in-house counsel for lease negotiations.
Later, Mr. Kamm was Department Head and Vice President of Client Communications for MullinTBG, a financial services firm whose clients included the top executives of companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Wal-Mart, Nordstrom, Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, and The Cheesecake Factory.
Mr. Kamm holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a BA from Occidental College in Los Angeles, and is a licensed attorney admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
Mr. Kamm brings added depth to the project management team at Receivership Specialists.
